Booking and Payment Procedure1. Complete
the booking form and forward it, together with 20% deposit, through one
of our payment options (contact us for options). The balance is due 8 weeks before departure.
2. A provisional booking will be held for one week pending receipt of
the 20% deposit and signed booking form, for those using cheque and
postal option. 3. Any bookings made within 8 weeks of departure are
payable in full at the time of booking. 4. A refundable security
deposit of £100 per week should be sent along with your final payment.
The security deposit will be returned to you, once the villa has been checked after departure,
by our management company and there is no loss or damage to the villa or
the property within. Arrivals and Departure
The villa will be available for occupancy from 4pm on the date of
your arrival. You must vacate the property at 10am (prompt) on the day
of your departure. Cancellation
1. You may cancel your booking at any time. However, it must be in
writing. 2. We reserve the right to cancel your holiday if payment has
not been received in accordance with the conditions set out above. 3.
If we receive your letter of cancellation more than 8 weeks prior to
departure, you will loose your deposit. If we receive your letter of
cancellation within 8 weeks of your departure, you will loose 100% of
the total amount paid. Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out Travel Insurance for any
eventuality. Accommodation
1. There must be no subletting, sharing, or assigning the villa to
anyone other than those mentioned on the booking form. 2. Persons
under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult. 3. We
cannot accept liability for injury, theft or damage to belongings or
yourselves caused whilst staying in our villa. It is your responsibility
to ensure that the villa is secure at all times during your stay, and
the the windows and doors are locked, when you are away from the villa.
4. The villa has a swimming pool. The owners and management company do
not accept liability for injury or death however caused as a result of
using the pool. Children should be supervised at all times by an adult.
Care should also be taken on wet surfaces. Glass is not permitted in the
pool area. 5. There is a telephone in the villa, should you need to
phone the emergency services. The number is 911. 6. The BBQ is just
outside the covered pool area. Please ensure that it is cleaned properly
before you leave, otherwise an appropriate charge will be deducted from
your security deposit. Complaints
1. In the unlikely event that you have a complaint or are
dissatisfied in any way, please contact the management company
immediately in order to rectify the situation. Animals
Animals are strictly forbidden in the villa. This is strongly
enforced. Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa. Damage or Loss to
The Villa
The guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the villa and its
contents during their stay. Should the need arise, we will deduct the
cost of the damage or loss from the security deposit. Should the cost of
the loss or damage exceed the security deposit, you will be liable to
pay the remainder of the cost. Inappropriate Behaviour
Any guests behaving inappropriately or interfering with the enjoyment
of other guests or residents of Hampton Lakes will be asked to leave. No
compensation or refunds will be given under these circumstances.
Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of any of the following circumstances arising, neither the
home owner nor the management company will be held liable:-
Loss or delay arising from weather conditions, closure of airports or
ports, grounding of aircraft, technical weather conditions leading to
problems with any form of transport, floods, fire, industrial disputes,
terrorist activity, war or threat of war, strikes, riots, political
unrest, or any other form of hostilities, beyond our control.
Completion of the booking form will act as your signature and
constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and forms a
contract between yourselves, the home owner and the management company. |
